This diet developed by Dr. D'Amo . It is based on the complex processes of formation of a particular blood type.

In the process of evolution formed 4 groups of human blood .

The founder of the theory of nutrition on blood groups believe that the power of people with a certain blood type is completely dependent on the way of life of the kind of activities. Once the owners of the first group of blood were meat eaters , then eat peas or wheat they simply counter . Conversely, for the second group of blood are harmful , some animal products.

Diet for the first group of blood

First - this is the oldest blood type, it was the people who lived around 40,000 years ago , they were hunters .


Products on which should be abandoned ( as they contribute to weight gain ) : wheat , maize , common vegetable beans, black beans , lentils, cabbage , Brussels sprouts, cauliflower , young leaves of mustard.

Products that contribute to weight loss: seafood , iodized salt , liver , red meat, kale , green beans, broccoli, spinach.

Diet for a second group of blood

The second group of blood formed 20-25 thousand years ago, people were already engaged in farming .

Diet for blood group

The youngest group of blood , the fourth , is a relatively recent ( 1500 years ago) as a result of the mixing of the second and third levels.

Products on which should be abandoned ( as they contribute to weight gain ) : red meat , plain vegetables beans, corn , buckwheat, wheat.

Products that contribute to weight loss: seafood, dairy products , green vegetables, pineapple.
