The Swiss diet


Swiss beauty diet was prepared in accordance with the instructions of the famous Swiss nutritionist Dr. Demol.






Daily dose contains the following:

200-300 g of cooked or stewed lean meat or fish,

2 eggs

0.5 liters of semi-skimmed milk

50g sugar

50 g of cheese or cottage cheese,

100-150 grams of bread,

100 g potatoes or starchy foods garnish

50 g of an oil,

vegetables and fruit (excluding drain).

This diet is characterized by a high content of protein (meat, eggs, cheese), so it can be used only perfectly healthy people.
